ISR takes a player's ICS and scales it by how much their team won. A player who contributed 18% of impact on a 60-win team is worth more than 18% on a 25-win team. Think of it as impact that actually translated to winning.

ps_ISR — playoff success (TPS) as the multiplier, rewarding players who perform when it matters most.
